What is Barbell Club?

Our Barbell Club is the ultimate opportunity to take strength training to the next level. It’s perfect for those who want to experience the next step in their strength training and muscle building journey (no experience needed).

 

This 60-minute/twice a week, 8-week Small Group Training coaching program is ALL ABOUT the BARBELL.

 

Structured around the 3 primary barbell movements (Deadlift, Back Squat, Bench Press), this program will improve:

 

- Improve Overall Strength

 

-Strength Training Lifting Technique

 

-Enhances Lean Muscle Composition

 

-Coaching Led

 

-Individualized Workout Programming Sheets

Registration Details For Fall 2024

7-Week Fall Session-2 Program Days & Times:

- Week of 10/28/24 to 12/19/24​ (Registration Opens 10/14/24)

*NOT MEETING WEEK OF THANKSGIVING 11/25/24*

-2 Days a Week for 7-Weeks 

Mondays and Wednesdays:

Sign Up: 5:00AM

Sign Up: 6:00AM

Sign Up: 7:00AM

Sign Up: 4:30PM

Sign Up: 5:30PM- CLASS IS FULL

Sign Up: 6:30PM

Tuesdays and Thursdays:

Sign Up: 5:30AM

Sign Up: 12:00PM

Sign Up: 5:30PM

Cost

- Option to pay 7-Week Program for $45 a week, or in full ($315). 

 

- Limited to only 10 people.
